MISSISAUGA- It’s never too early to get in the holiday spirit! That’s how thousands of show-goers to the Seasons Christmas Show feel. Celebrating eight years of making spirits bright, the Seasons Christmas Show will run November 16-18 at the International Centre in Mississauga.

With over 200 retailers, service providers and artisans, joined by a prestigious line-up of décor celebrities, renowned chefs and TV personalities, Seasons creates an “all-in-one” shopping experience packed with holiday decorating, entertaining, and special gift-giving items.

Designed to showcase the latest trends in seasonal décor, floral and greens, entertaining products and services, culinary products and unique gifts, the Seasons Christmas show has something for everyone.  A host of celebrities including Samantha Pynn, decorator, stylist and host of Summer Home on HGTV; Kimberley Seldon, CityLine Expert and Gary Mitchell, Purdy’s Chocolates Chocolatier, will educate and entertain at this year’s main-stage which will be decked out with décor from Windergarden of Toronto.  These exquisite furnishings valued at more than $6000 will be raffled off in an effort to raise funds for the Peel Children’s Aid Foundation’s Holiday Wishes Campaign. Other highlights include ‘Canadian Living Live’, Food Director Annabelle Waugh and the Test Kitchen staff will demonstrate delectable treats from the brand new 2012 holiday baking issue and the new Purdy’s Chocolate Lounge is sure to become a favourite destination with delicious samples for all to enjoy.  The Dairy Farmers of Canada will be returning this year with their fascinating seminars and delicious array of cheeses.

Attendees will be treated to the sights and sounds of the season throughout the show and are sure to enjoy ‘The Magical Christmas’ feature which will include a magnificent 18 foot Christmas tree decorated by Lakeside Garden Gallery of Brampton.  Local musicians including The Positively Peel Singers from the hit show Canada Sings will fill the hall with Christmas music while children get their holiday pictures taken in the Snugabug photo centre.  Santa will be hand performing readings from the newly released non-smoking version of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’.

Those looking for a magical shopping experience will spend hours touring the show enjoying the huge selection of unique products on the show floor including décor items like: garlands and wreaths, unique ornaments and tabletop décor. Visitors will also be treated a wide array of entertaining products including: exotic cheeses, decadent chocolates, gingerbread houses, cookware and accessories, and Christmas music. If gifts are what you’re after, the show has everything from distinctive jewellery and hostess gifts, to toys, clothing and art work.

The Show will be take place in Hall 5 of the International Centre located at 6900 Airport Road in Mississauga and runs from Friday, November 16th to Saturday, November 18th.
